Honey bees are dying worldwide as the result of a human-caused pandemic. Apitherapy Quarantine explores ideas of paranoia, risk, health and biosecurity – and the tensions between – via an immersive spa-meets-science-lab-meets-nature-reserve environment in collaboration with Art House’s resident colony of bees. Apitherapy Quarantine will provide isolated ‘treatments’ to small groups, but be prepared to confess your sins, secrets and desires in trade, or be left behind.
