Created by Willoh S. Weiland, Lara Thoms and Lz Dunn, Howl commemorates controversy – from a furore over a feminist self-portrait and outrage at a rainbow repeatedly burnt in a public square to artists arrested on suspicion of bio-terrorism. Howl energetically probes the reactions art can invoke and tests the perspectives that history permits.
