A tall, lonesome lady lives with the precious objects and curious memories that she stores in jars in the rooms of her cavernous house. She has procured two unsuspecting members to join her band… An electronica-dance-metal-rock outfit, RRAMP takes on unexpected and compelling tales of archives, collections, pets, childhood imaginings and human frailty.
RRAMP features the mesmerising vocals of Christine Johnston as the Collector; the intense precision of Lisa O’Neill as her dancing Archivist; and the dynamic sounds of Peter Nelson as the Electrocrat, helping the Collector live her dream. Continuing a decade-long collaboration that crosses the boundaries of music, dance, theatre, comedy and new media, the three return to the stage as a band, to the accompaniment of exquisite animations by Ahmarnya Price.
Laugh one minute and be gripped the next by this Lady of the House and her eclectic companions. From the finely-honed to the bizarre, RRAMP brings you selections…collections…recollections…
